Adding Credits

HireUHelp uses a simple credit system for Trinidad & Tobago. Add credits by bank transfer, and use them to post jobs, fund milestones, and pay Pros securely.

What are Credits?

Credits are the balance inside your HireUHelp account. When you deposit money to HireUHelp, it shows up as Credits.

Bank transfer only: we support the 4 major banks in Trinidad & Tobago, and we hold bank accounts in each one to help make transfers quick (and often free when you use your own bank).

Credit packages & bank transfers

Employers add credits by selecting a credit package. Package amounts are clearly shown on the website.

  • Select a package that matches your project size
  • Choose Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit at checkout
  • Send the transfer from your bank

We support the major local banks in T&T and keep accounts in each one. This helps transfers process faster and avoids international fees.

Click-by-click: How to add credits

  1. Log in as an Employer

    Sign in to your Employer account. If you don’t have one yet, create an Employer account first.

  2. Go to “How to Hire”

    From the footer or menu, open How to Hire, then select Adding Credits.

  3. Open Credit Packages

    Find the Credit Packages section and choose the package that fits your budget and project.

  4. Choose Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit

    Select Bank Transfer as your payment method. Your bank options will be shown.

  5. Select your bank

    Choose the bank you use in Trinidad & Tobago. HireUHelp provides local bank details to make the transfer quick.

  6. Make the transfer from your banking app

    Send the transfer using the bank details provided. Same-bank transfers are usually fastest and can be free.

  7. Upload your receipt (if required)

    If the page asks for proof, upload your transfer receipt or confirmation. This speeds up verification.

  8. Credits appear in your account

    Once verified, your credits show in your HireUHelp balance. You can post jobs and fund milestones right away.

Reminder: Credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them.
