These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the(“Website”) operated by Hireuhelp.com. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Website.
1. Overview of main terms
Description of Services: The Site provides a platform for employers to post jobs and projects and for helpers to find and complete these jobs and projects. The Site also provides communication tools to enable employers and helpers to communicate with each other.
- Eligibility: To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement. You may not use the Site if you are a competitor of hireuhelp.com or if hireuhelp.com has previously banned you from using the Site.
- User Accounts: To access certain features of the Site, you must register and create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to immediately notify hireuhelp.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Projects and Payments: Employers may post projects on the Site and helpers may submit proposals to complete these projects. If an employer accepts a helper’s proposal, the employer will pay the helper through the Site. Hireuhelp.com charges a commission on all payments made through the Site.
- Communication: The Site provides communication tools for employers and helpers to communicate with each other. You agree to use these tools for project-related communication only.
- Proprietary Rights: Hireuhelp.com owns all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content. You may not use any content from the Site without hireuhelp.com’s prior written consent.
- User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post on the Site. By posting content on the Site, you grant hireuhelp.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and modify the content.
- Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Site for any illegal or prohibited activities. You may not use the Site to spam, harass, or defraud other users.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between employers and helpers will be resolved between the parties. Hireuhelp.com is not responsible for any disputes between users of the Site.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. Hireuhelp.com makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or its content.
- Limitation of Liability: Hireuhelp.com is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site. In no event shall hireuhelp.com’s liability exceed the amount of fees paid by the user to hireuhelp.com.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hireuhelp.com from any claims, damages, or other expenses arising from your use of the Site.
- Changes to the Agreement: Hireuhelp.com reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Site after the changes will constitute acceptance of the modified Agreement.

The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using ‘Content here, content here’, making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for ‘lorem ipsum’ will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable.
